Persian Royal Rug accepts international orders and ships authentic handwoven Persian carpets worldwide. Worldwide free shipping and transport insurance are included in the displayed CIF price for every product and destination.
Independent inspection certificate
Before dispatch, an independent international inspection company examines the carpet and issues an inspection certificate. The certificate documents the inspected product before international shipment.
Returns
A return request must be made within 14 days after delivery. Returns are accepted from customers worldwide by mail, subject to the product being returned in its received condition and with its supplied documents.
Return costs and deduction
The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping, insurance, customs and related return costs. A 20% restocking and return deduction is applied to the amount paid for the product. The remaining eligible amount is processed after the returned carpet and its documents have been received and inspected.
