Worldwide sales and shipping
The displayed price includes the carpet, live viewing, specialist inspection, purchase coordination, export customs procedures in Iran and shipping coordination. International shipping, cargo insurance and all import duties, taxes, customs clearance and other costs at destination are separate and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Independent inspection certificate
Before dispatch, an independent international inspection company examines the carpet and issues an inspection certificate. The certificate documents the inspected product before international shipment.
Free returns within 30 days
Request your return within 30 days after delivery. Returns are accepted worldwide by mail, provided the carpet is returned in its received condition and with its supplied documents.
Return costs
Approved returns are free. Persian Royal Rug arranges and pays the return shipping, insurance, customs and related return costs. No restocking fee or percentage deduction is applied.
Refunds
The full amount paid for the product is refunded within 14 business days after the returned carpet and its documents have been received and inspected. International outbound shipping, cargo insurance and destination charges are separate from the product price; this product refund does not include those original charges.
Exchanges
An exchange is processed after the original carpet has been safely returned and inspected. The approved return shipment is free. Shipping the replacement carpet is charged separately according to the carrier’s freight invoice.
Contact before returning
Contact Persian Royal Rug before dispatching a return to receive the approved return instructions and destination. Do not book or dispatch a return shipment before the arrangements have been confirmed.
