Songbirds appear throughout a richly layered garden of blossoms, leaves and miniature geometric textures. A deep midnight field intensifies the jewel-like colours, while emerald outer bands and rose-pink cartouches provide a distinctive frame around the abundant central composition.
This compact 80 × 120 cm collector carpet was handwoven in Qom over approximately one year using pure silk for the warp, weft and pile. Its fine 74 Raj structure, woven signature and Qom Hand-Woven Carpet Weavers’ Union certificate document the quality and authenticity of the work.
