The Artwork

The Crimson Aviary of Songbirds

Colourful songbirds appear among countless flowering branches in a deep midnight garden, while burgundy edges and warm golden corners frame the composition like an illuminated manuscript. The abundance of small botanical motifs gives the surface exceptional rhythm and visual depth.

Handwoven in Qom over approximately one year with a fine 74 Raj structure, this signed 80 × 120 cm pure silk carpet is accompanied by a certificate from the Qom Hand-Woven Carpet Weavers’ Union. Its compact scale and vivid palette make it an expressive collector piece for a refined interior.
