A handmade Kashan rug designed by Javad Jafari and woven by Mr. Abdoshah. Its 200 × 300 cm composition centres a red floral medallion on a deep midnight field, framed by matching corner pieces, flowering vases, palmettes and layered floral borders. The pile is premium Merino wool, with cotton warp and weft, woven at 40 Raj. Master Gholam Ramezani used exclusively natural dyes. The weaver’s name and signature are woven into the rug, and a Kashan Handwoven Carpet Union certificate of authenticity is supplied.
