Shah Abbasi Medallion
A layered Shah Abbasi medallion anchors the composition, while flowering vines, palmettes and delicate arabesques spread across the dark field and red corner sections. Repeated rosette and palmette borders create depth and rhythm, with turquoise, gold and ivory highlights bringing definition to the dense floral drawing.
Designed by Mahsa Azarnoor and woven by Mr. Abdoshah, this 300 × 400 cm Kashan rug combines a premium Merino wool pile with a natural silk warp and weft, 50 Raj construction and 100% natural dyes prepared by Master Gholam Ramezani.
